Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dental Mate, a product of Timeground ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Dental Mate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Dental Mate provides cloud-based dental clinic management software including patient records, appointments, billing, reporting, and WhatsApp Business integration. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts & eligibility

Clinic accounts are created by authorized administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate clinic and contact information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of healthcare regulations
• Send spam or unauthorized marketing messages via WhatsApp integration
• Attempt to access another clinic's data or circumvent security controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform

5. Patient data

Clinics are responsible for obtaining patient consent where required and for the accuracy of data entered into Dental Mate. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. WhatsApp & third-party services

WhatsApp messaging is subject to Meta's terms and policies. Payment processing via Razorpay is subject to Razorpay's terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.

7. Fees & payment

Paid plans are billed according to your agreement with Timeground. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. Refund terms are specified in your order or contract.

8. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@timeground.in for active subscribers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeground is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate per your subscription agreement. We may suspend access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your clinic data within a reasonable period.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
